Michael Boyko
Principal and Co-founder
Michael Boyko has been working with water treatment systems and pollution control technologies for almost thirty years. He is knowledgeable about the water needs of the Southwest and is committed to helping protect and wisely use our valuable water resources.
Amy Lahav
Senior Project Manager, Renewables and Origination
Over the last twenty years, Amy has found her way to contribute towards cleaning up our planet as an environmental and renewable energy jack-of-all-trades, tech interpreter and information seeker.
Alexia Chen
Project Architect
Alexia was the leader of the award-winning UNLV Solar Decathlon 2013 team. She continues to strive for a balance between great experiential design, functionality, and environmental impact.
Ken Myszka
Founder, Chefarmer
Ken founded Epiphany Farms with a vision to build a farm and restaurant to change the current food system, one plate at a time. Currently, Ken and two partners operate five unique farm-to-table restaurants in the Bloomington area and steward 70 acres of land with regenerative practices.

Environmental Manager

Sam Castor
Executive Vice President of Policy
At Switch, Sam Castor manages regulatory, intellectual property and litigation matters and policy. As a member of the Sustainability Team, he provides legal and policy insight to ensure Switch is 100% renewably powered, world-wide, and drives thoughtful sustainability policy throughout the company’s operations, energy procurement, and government and legislative policy.

Watching Perkins on drums is a show within itself. His energy, charisma, unique skill and style make him one of the most sought after drummers today. He received his star on Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1997, and Hands at the Rock Walk Hall of fame at Guitar Center Los Angeles. Ever-evolving, Perkins invented the percussion instrument “Go-Jo” bag sold by LP Percussion.
He is currently performing and touring with Think: EXP Beyond The Wall.
Rita Hosking
Singer/Songwriter
Listen closely to the lyrics, because Northern California’s Rita Hosking will sing of forest fires, culture clash, demolition derbies, the working class, and hope. Rita will be joined by multi-instrumentalist and longtime collaborator, Sean Feder, who plays dobro, guitar, banjo, percussion and more, Acoustic Magazine calls their music, “timeless, unhurried elegance.”
