Partnership for Community Enrichment is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting community-led projects in Little Rock and throughout Central Arkansas. Through literacy programs, educational opportunities, public-space improvements, arts initiatives, and strategic partnerships, we help turn practical local ideas into lasting community impact.

Our mission is to promote healthy, diverse, and culture-rich lifestyles through community events, education, information, partnerships, and focused local projects.
PCE works with residents, nonprofit organizations, schools, businesses, artists, and community leaders to identify meaningful opportunities for positive change. We provide organizational support, volunteers, connections, and carefully targeted funding to help promising ideas move forward.
Our flexible mission allows us to support many kinds of community needs. Current and past initiatives include literacy programs, community bookshelves, healing gardens, labyrinth restoration, educational events, public art, and independent TEDx programs.
We believe a focused project does not need an enormous budget to make a meaningful difference. With thoughtful planning, community participation, and clearly defined outcomes, small projects can create lasting benefits.

The Labyrinth at Hendrix
The labyrinth on the southwest corner of the Hendrix campus provides a space for reflection and peace for students, faculty members, and community members. Soon, it will be back to its original state thanks to PCE.
Books4U!
The Books4U! literacy initiative addresses the need for access to books throughout Pulaski County and beyond. Through placement and support of Community Bookshelves, this project provides free books for all ages with the goal of creating a community of readers.
Providence Park
The Partnership for Community Enrichment is partnering with Providence Park to help welcome its new residents later this year. Learn about the new labyrinth, the PowerUp Project, and the free library that will be on the grounds.
